Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive architectural vision that aligns with business goals for the upcoming fiscal year and beyond.
- System Architecture & Scalability: Design resilient, scalable systems that can handle high-volume data processing and future expansion.
- Technology Stack Leadership: Evaluate and select emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Edge Computing) to integrate into our existing ecosystem.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for executive stakeholders and non-technical teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure seamless execution of technical initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Strong command of at least one major programming language (Python, Java, Go, or C++).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of planning long-term technical strategies and successfully delivering them.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
