- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic prototypes into scalable production environments.
- Identify emerging market trends and potential disruptive technologies that could impact our competitive landscape by 2026.
- Oversee the establishment of strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs focused on next-gen innovation.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or R&D leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in high-performance computing, machine learning, or quantum algorithm development.
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives from concept to deployment.
