Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and future scenario planning for next-gen market landscapes
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives with measurable ROI tracking
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with strict fiscal governance and vendor partnerships
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive technology adoption
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-level future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, and sustainable tech
- Certification in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent (e.g., CFS, CSO)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI and predictive modeling
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
