Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technological vision for the company leading up to 2026.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Oversee the development of scalable software architectures and ensure high performance standards.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategy with business goals.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across all departments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technical projects and teams.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices.
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
