Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures integrating quantum computing principles for commercial applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring all systems are future-proof against rapid technological evolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize neural networks and reduce computational latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies including neuromorphic computing and holographic UI interfaces.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and high-performance computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
