Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technological roadmap focused on 2026 readiness, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to validate feasibility and ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical visions into actionable strategies for C-suite executives and product managers.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures that can withstand the demands of future workloads.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and align technology strategies with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
