Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Successful exit from 2+ tech ventures (acquisitions or IPOs)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical innovation experience
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
