Responsibilities
- Lead the 'Project 2026' Roadmap: Define the strategic vision and technical milestones for the year 2026, aligning them with organizational goals.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends, research startups, and evaluate the viability of new technologies for integration.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Lab Management: Oversee the internal innovation lab, piloting prototypes and testing disruptive concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition to future systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML trends, Blockchain, and Next-Gen Computing paradigms.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully implementing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
