- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI across sustainability and disruption metrics
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate breakthrough startups into our ecosystem
- Present visionary strategies to executive leadership and investor boards with data-driven impact projections
- Author thought leadership papers on the future of work, automation, and human-AI collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (Web4.0, neurotech, climate tech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent advanced degree
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
