Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology vision to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-tech adoption impact
- Collaborate with R&D on prototype development and feasibility testing
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products/services
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI forecasting
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
