Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year tech innovation roadmap for Fortune 500 partners
- Lead quantum computing integration projects with 20+ person teams
- Develop AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through investor pitches
- Host quarterly Tech Vision Summits with industry leaders
- Patent 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least 2 of: quantum, neuromorphic, or decentralized tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
- Global speaking experience at TEDx, Web Summit, or similar
