Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop next-gen products and services with 5+ year impact horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and manage a network of industry pioneers, academic researchers, and venture partners
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and long-term thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical vision to business impact
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
