Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI implementation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Published research on exponential technology adoption curves
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (2020-2030)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning for disruptive tech transitions
