Responsibilities
- Architect long-term tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized networks
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, AR/VR ecosystems, and biotech convergence
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Partner with VPs of Product to align 2026 innovation goals with market demands
- Manage cross-functional sprints with robotics, blockchain, and climate tech specialists
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or neuromorphic systems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE 7000 series) and sustainable tech standards
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent innovation credentials
