Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare and climate tech
- Conduct market analysis for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives in neural interfaces and decentralized systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
