Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with portfolio of 2020-2025 implementations
- Expertise in AI ethics, blockchain scalability, and climate-tech innovation
- Proven track record securing $10M+ in research grants or venture funding
- Published author in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed tech journals
