Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions from prototype to production
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech trends
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
