Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Strategist 2026 to lead our breakthrough initiatives in AI, Quantum Computing, and Next-Gen Infrastructure. As we look toward the technological horizon of 2026, we need an expert who can bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical, scalable implementation.
In this role, you will not just maintain existing systems; you will architect the digital backbone for the future. You will define the roadmap for our transition to autonomous AI agents and quantum-resistant security protocols. If you are passionate about shaping the trajectory of technology and thrive in a high-performance, elite engineering environment, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmaps: Design and oversee the implementation of long-term technical strategies for AI integration and quantum computing infrastructure.
- Predictive System Design: Build scalable, predictive systems that leverage next-gen machine learning to solve complex business problems before they arise.
- Quantum Protocol Integration: Lead the integration of quantum-resistant cryptography and quantum-ready algorithms into our core security stack.
- High-Performance Engineering: Mentor senior engineering teams in Rust, Python, and Go to ensure code is optimized for the speed and scale required in the 2026 era.
- Strategic Innovation: Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and present actionable insights to the C-Suite.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product and research teams to translate futuristic concepts into tangible product features.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Rust, Python, and Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Mastery: Proven track record of implementing large-scale AI models and deep learning systems.
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, quantum annealing, or post-quantum cryptography.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
