Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology adoption assessments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Publish thought leadership on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of successful technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
