Responsibilities
- Design and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizons
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum/AI/bioconvergence
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 innovators
- Present findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products
- PhD or equivalent in CS/Engineering/Physics preferred
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conferences
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
