Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in future-tech domains
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks like Gartner Hype Cycle
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($10M+)
