Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating emerging tech opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor competitive tech landscapes and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Deep understanding of tech market disruption patterns
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
