Your work will directly shape our $2B R&D portfolio and position us as the undisputed leader in next-generation technology adoption.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging technology domains
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Partner with product teams to commercialize emerging technologies with $50M+ revenue potential
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and research institutions
- Experience with agile methodologies and strategic planning frameworks
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
