- AI Integration Strategy: Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core business workflows.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and architects on advanced technical concepts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of planning for long-term technological shifts, specifically looking toward the 2026 timeframe.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and distributed systems.
