Responsibilities

- Develop strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to C-suite executives and investors
- Oversee R&D initiatives for next-gen products with $50M+ annual budget
- Champion a culture of experimentation through agile innovation sprints and hackathons
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or product development
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Executive experience with strategic planning and P&L responsibility
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
