We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Strategist to architect our roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will identify emerging technologiesāfrom advanced AI to quantum computingāand translate them into actionable business strategies that drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, prioritizing high-impact innovations.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging tech trends (Generative AI, Edge Computing, Quantum) and assess their commercial viability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategy with long-term business objectives.
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technical leads.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for innovation initiatives.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and delivering tangible results.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
