- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and sustainability teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop future-proof frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate emerging startups
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological adoption and societal impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in scaling transformative technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies
