Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Manage a portfolio of R&D projects focused on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present tech forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists and futurist researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech and venture capital ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
