Responsibilities
- Define the Vision 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns technological capabilities with business objectives to achieve the 2026 vision.
- Lead AI Integration: Oversee the strategic integration of generative AI, machine learning, and automation into core business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global technology trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to anticipate market shifts and opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and executive leadership to translate technical capabilities into actionable business strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-level strategic initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the budget and resources required for experimental tech projects and pilot programs aimed at the 2026 horizon.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management within a high-growth environment.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic plans with a focus on innovation.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot strategies based on data-driven insights.
