- Design 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI/quantum/biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering/product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop competitive advantage frameworks for emerging tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of executing 5-year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech trends
