Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation technology solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and technology pioneers
- Present technology visions and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive R&D investment decisions based on future-readiness and competitive advantage analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced R&D environments
