- Develop and execute a 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals

- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscaping to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to source breakthrough innovations
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI targets
- Drive ESG integration into technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation circles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
