Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts in emerging sectors
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio development for future tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
