- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Analyze global tech policies and regulatory shifts to mitigate risks in emerging markets
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ annual innovation budgets
- Mentor a 15-person cross-disciplinary team of futurists and engineers
- Present strategic frameworks at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($10M+ total)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant technology deployments
