Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) and assess market impact for strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers for R&D collaboration
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory landscapes
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and developing future roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., from WFSF) highly valued
