- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with enterprise vision and investor relations
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for breakthrough initiatives
- Present strategic blueprints to board members and industry stakeholders
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in long-term tech planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
