Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and roadmap development for 2026 initiatives
- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential and assess market viability

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Master's degree in relevant field; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
