Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to integrate breakthrough technologies into commercial solutions
- Build and manage a network of academic, startup, and industry innovation partners
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile innovation methodologies
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record leading commercialization of futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
- Proficiency in technology assessment frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
