Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead strategic initiatives in emerging domains including quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot program execution
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators for collaborative R&D
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement of future initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Proven track record of launching successful technology innovation programs
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan Executive Program)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
