Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing, etc.) for commercial viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product development lifecycle

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy development and implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts to commercial value
