Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core products
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $10M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Mentor R&D teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-level innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- C-level executive presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or conferences
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
