Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external investors
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility for R&D projects
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026 tech roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching innovative products with >$50M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong business acumen with financial modeling experience
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
