Responsibilities
- Design and deploy large-scale LLMs (Large Language Models) tailored for enterprise-specific tasks and 2026 market demands.
- Architect next-generation AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and complex reasoning.
- Optimize inference latency and model accuracy using advanced quantization and distillation techniques.
- Establish best practices for data governance, privacy, and AI safety compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into real-time applications and APIs.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge architectures (e.g., Mixture of Experts, Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to stay ahead of the 2026 curve.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning engineering, specifically with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG pipelines.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML models.
