Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech into commercial applications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic positioning
- Present compelling technology narratives to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Assessment (e.g., CFTE, CTA) preferred
