Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional scenario planning and futures thinking capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or relevant field

- Portfolio demonstrating published research or patented innovations
