Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to develop 5-year strategic implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize disruptive innovation projects
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into roadmaps
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify first-mover advantages
- Present technology vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline with P&L accountability for future-tech ventures
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech research consortium
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching at least 3 disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least 3 future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., Google AI, AWS Quantum)
