Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Present future trend analyses to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic preparedness
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Scanning Methodology™
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5+ year strategic plans for enterprise clients
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenario work
