Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen prototypes for AI and quantum applications
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor relationships for futuristic R&D initiatives
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or CTO/VP-level roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML Specialty, Google Quantum AI)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
