Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging tech (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Analyze market trends to identify billion-dollar opportunities in next-gen tech
- Present innovation strategies to board of directors and investors
- Manage portfolio of 15+ moonshot projects with dedicated R&D teams
- Drive patent development for proprietary breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering preferred
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing >$20M in innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
- Portfolio of launched products with >$100M ARR impact
