Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement future-focused initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform technology decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future technology solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and implementation
- Expertise in future forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
